How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days depending on your location. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy. Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact to be eligible for a refund or size swap.

How do I find the right size for my shoes?

We provide a detailed size guide on every product page. We recommend measuring your foot length in centimeters and comparing it to our chart for the most accurate fit.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes.
